Your AI front desk. Nothing sends without you.
Ready-made n8n workflows that sort your inbox, draft replies in your voice, follow up with every lead, and write your Monday report. You approve every message before it goes out.
Leads you never answered are sitting in your Gmail right now. Missed Lead Rescue finds inquiries nobody replied to in the last 7 to 30 days and saves a catch-up draft in each thread. You review and send.
Drafts only · test mode first · about 10 minutes to set up · 30-day refund
"Thanks for reaching out about the kitchen remodel. Quick question so I can give you a real answer: are you thinking this spring, or later in the year? You can grab a time here: [your booking link]"

How it works
- Download the kit
Import-ready n8n workflows, prompts, a Notion dashboard and a setup guide. - Connect your tools
Gmail, your calendar or form, and any OpenAI-compatible AI key. About 10 to 30 minutes. - The AI does the busywork
It sorts mail, writes reply and follow-up drafts in your voice, and pings you. - You approve and send
Open the draft, tweak if needed, hit send. Reviewing takes seconds.
Safe by default
Built for people whose name is on the business.
- Drafts only. No workflow can email anyone but you.
- Fraud tripwires. Bank details, gift cards, passwords and codes go straight to you.
- Prompt-injection guards. Email text is data, never instructions.
- No promises. Prices, dates and refunds become [CONFIRM] placeholders.
- Any AI provider. OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq or Gemini. Swap with two settings.
- Pennies to run. Typical AI cost is under $2 a month.
FAQ
Will it ever send an email without me?
No. Every kit is drafts only. Replies and follow-ups wait in your Gmail Drafts until you open them and hit send. The only email a workflow sends is a summary to your own address.
What do I need to run it?
n8n (Cloud or self-hosted), a Gmail or Google Workspace account, and an API key for any OpenAI-compatible model: OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq or Gemini. Typical AI cost is under $2 a month.
I have never used n8n. Can I set it up?
Yes. Each kit has a step-by-step setup guide (10 to 30 minutes), built-in tests, and troubleshooting. Start with the free Morning Briefing Agent to get comfortable.
What about prompt injection and scams?
Email text is treated as data, never as instructions. Messages about bank details, gift cards, passwords or verification codes skip AI drafting and are flagged for you. Prices, dates and refunds become [CONFIRM] placeholders.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you can't get a paid kit running, ask within 30 days for a full refund.
What is in the Weekly CEO Report?
Every Monday at 7 AM it counts last week's emails, drafts, leads and replies in code, then the AI writes a one-page summary: wins, pipeline numbers, stuck leads, overdue replies and your top 3 for the week. It lands as a draft addressed to you. It works best with the Inbox Chief of Staff and Speed-to-Lead kits.
I don't use n8n. Is it still useful?
Each paid kit includes agent rules you can paste into Claude or ChatGPT, plus the prompts and a Notion dashboard.
