Follow-Up Email Schedule Generator
Sent a quote or answered a new inquiry and heard nothing back? Enter the date and a few details to get a dated Day 2, 5, 10 and 30 follow-up plan with copy-paste emails. Everything runs in your browser: no signup, nothing stored or sent.
Starting point, not a script. Edit every email before you send it. Replace anything in [square brackets], and stop the sequence the moment they reply, even if the answer is "not now".
Why this schedule
Most people who go quiet are busy, not gone. A short, spaced sequence gives them a few easy chances to answer without feeling chased:
- Day 2 confirms the quote or reply arrived, or adds one useful detail. It is never "just bumping this".
- Day 5 asks a single question they can answer from a phone in one word.
- Day 10 politely closes the loop. Giving people permission to say no often gets a reply.
- Day 30 is optional: one light check-in, then stop for good.
Count days from when you sent the quote or first reply. Use the urgent pace for repairs and date-bound jobs, and the slower pace for big projects that need a partner or budget sign-off. Rules that keep follow-ups from backfiring
- Stop when they reply. Any reply ends the sequence, including "not yet".
- Never promise what you have not checked. Prices, dates and discounts stay as [CONFIRM] placeholders until you verify them.
- Keep it short. Each email should be readable in ten seconds.
- Send from your normal inbox. Plain, personal emails get answered more than designed newsletters.
