Google Review Reply Generator
Pick the star rating, add the reviewer's first name, your business name and what they mentioned, and choose a tone. You get 3 different reply drafts you can copy, tweak and post yourself. Everything runs in your browser: no signup, no AI key, nothing stored or sent.
Drafts, not final copy. Read every word before you post. A review reply is public and permanent. Change anything that isn't true for this customer, and never promise refunds, discounts or anything you haven't decided to offer.
How to use it
- Pick the star rating the customer left. The tool switches between thank-you replies (4 and 5 stars), honest follow-up replies (3 stars) and calm take-it-offline replies (1 and 2 stars).
- Add the reviewer's first name and your business name. First names only. Never confirm last names, appointment details or anything private in public.
- Add what they mentioned, like "kitchen remodel" or "teeth cleaning". On positive reviews the reply names it once, which reads naturally and tells future customers what you do. Don't stuff in extra keywords.
- Choose a tone and, for 1 to 3 stars, an email or phone so the conversation can move offline.
- Copy the draft you like best, change anything that isn't true for this customer, and post it from your Google Business Profile. Click "Show 3 different drafts" if none fit, so your replies don't all read the same.
Rules for 1 and 2 star replies
- Stay calm and short. Thank them, say you're sorry the experience wasn't what they expected, and invite them to contact you directly.
- Don't admit fault or argue the facts in public. "We'd like to understand what happened" is safer than "we made a mistake" or "that's not true".
- Don't offer refunds, discounts or freebies in the reply. Sort out any fix privately, once you know the details.
- Don't share private details, even to correct the record.

FAQ
Is this generator really free? Does it use AI?
Yes, it's free with no signup. It doesn't call any AI service. It mixes hand-written reply templates in your browser, so nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.
Should I reply to every Google review?
Replying to every review, including short 5-star ones, shows future customers that someone is paying attention. A few warm sentences is enough. Reply to negative reviews within a day or two, once you've calmed down and checked the facts.
Can I post the same reply on every review?
Copy-paste replies look lazy and customers notice. Use the customer's name, mention what they had done, and rotate between the 3 drafts. The "Show 3 different drafts" button gives you fresh wording.
Should I put keywords in my review replies?
Mention the service once, naturally, on positive reviews ("glad your kitchen remodel went well"). Don't repeat your city and service list in every reply. On negative reviews, leave the service name out.
What should I never say in a reply to a bad review?
Don't admit legal fault, don't argue, don't reveal private details about the customer, and don't promise refunds or discounts in public. Take it offline with an email or phone number and handle the fix privately.
